New  Village Office Building Unveiled

The Village Board has approved a plan to build a new Village Office and Police Department Building on the site of the present Town Hall. The Public is invited to an Open House on the night of April 1, 2008 at the Town Hall, to view the construction plans.

Formation of a local Park District

Meetings have been held within the last few months, by concerned members of the community, with the goal being to establish a local Park District and Board of Directors. The formation of a Park District and Board would be a precursor to developing plans for the construction of a Community/Aquatic Center. Such a Facility in Erie, can only be achieved through a combination of tax dollars, grants and private donations. An Open House is planned for a future date, to unveil the Community/ Aquatic Center architectural drawings as well as to introduce members running for election to the Park District Board.
